Kevin Heneghan

Kevin Heneghan is the co-founder and senior managing director of OTA Financial Group and previously served as CEO of OTR Global. He is currently chairman of the board of OTR Global. He is involved in philanthropy through his family foundation, the Dove Givings Foundation, which promotes faith-based development and self-sustaining efforts in Cambodia, Kenya, Zambia, Rwanda and Uganda. A supporter of the Ford Family Program in Human Development Studies and Solidarity, he has visited the Uganda field site twice with his family.

 

John Hanratty

John Hanratty previously served as chief compliance officer at OTR. John also previously worked directly with the compliance and legal departments of Bear Stearns Co. Inc., Prudential Financial Inc. and Herzog Heine Geduld Inc. Mr. Hanratty holds a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.

 


James Santori

James Santori has worked with OTR since 1995, formerly as its chief financial officer and now as a board member. James joined OTA Financial Group in 1987 and was appointed chief financial officer in 1993. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Baruch College.

 


Mark Conley

Mark Conley became President of OTR Global in 2018 and continues in his role as the Director of Research which he has held since joining OTR in 2013.  Mark overseas the  firm’s syndicated and custom research platforms, which span the Americas, Asia and Europe.  Mark brings a unique skill set to his role as President of the firm having served as both a research director and an institutional sales person and manager in his nearly 30 years in the industry.  Mark began his Wall Street career at Merrill Lynch where he covered a variety of institutional money managers, mutual funds, and hedge funds in the NY area.  During his tenure at Merrill, Mark was an institutional salesperson, served as the producing research sales manager in NY, and founded the global technology specialist sales force. Following his 16 years at Merrill, Mark has worked in sales and director of research roles at American Technology Research and its acquirer Gleacher and Company as well as MKM Partners. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science from Yale University, where he majored in Applied Mathematics.
