Hands-On Career Development
OTR Global’s year-round internship program started with its first intern in the summer of 2009. Since then, more than 40 undergraduates have interned at the firm’s Purchase and Boston offices. OTR Global’s three-month paid internship allows students exposure to a small office environment. Where they work closely with senior management, including the company’s CEO and president.
Interns are responsible for a variety of tasks throughout their time at OTR Global, honing their knowledge of financial services with hands-on experiences and detailed assignments. OTR Global offers a unique opportunity to learn about the entire financial services industry, sales, trading, research, research, investing, banking and private equity. OTR maintains a quid-pro-quo environment with its interns. OTR provides students with real projects, covering real topics and real analysis to gain valuable experience. In exchange, OTR helps its interns learn about the industry and endeavours to place students in future positions.
